1) Full payment upon confirmation of order.
2) Payment is non-refundable after confirmation
3) No cancellation of orders after upon confirmation
4) We reserve the rights to cancel/reject any orders.
5) Due to the uniqueness of Mother Nature, flower bouquets may not turn out to be exactly the same as shown in pictures. Please be assured that we will try our best to ensure consistent high quality in our packing of the flowers. Thank you for your kind understanding.
Collection and Delivery:
1) Strictly no refund for bouquets not collected.
2) Delivery timing may ended up slightly earlier or later. However, we'll try our very best to deliver the bouquet within the timeslot.
